Shipping & Delivery
- Order Confirmation & Delivery
You will receive an automatic order confirmation email after your order has been placed. We will typically despatch your order within 5-10 working days. Standard Delivery to mainland United Kingdom takes 2-3 working days in normal circumstances.
- Delivery Times
Our delivery times are based on the number of working days (Monday – Friday) you should expect to receive your delivery by. Delivery times may vary for each item even if they are ordered at the same time.
- Overdue Orders
If your order is overdue and you have not received a confirmation email to state that the order has been despatched, please contact our Customer Services Department by using the online contact form.
Returns & Refunds
- Refunds / Exchange Policy
We will refund or exchange unwanted items that are returned to us within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in perfect condition. Please contact us using the online contact form to obtain a returns authorisation.
- How to return items
We would recommend that you use a recorded delivery service for returning costly items, as we cannot be responsible for non-delivery of returned items. Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure safe return of the item and unless the item is faulty or incorrect then this is at the customer’s own expense.
- How can I return an incorrect, faulty or damaged item?
